We need to protect our right to citizens' security. After all, it is the people's right to live in security. We are mere onlookers and spectators of such inhumanity directed towards our fellow citizens. The state needs to take immediate steps to protect the rights of its own citizens. We should not wait for another incident of such kind before we deal with this situation. The government should think of introducing a bill to regulate the sale of liquor within the state and should control and regulate distribution and sale in all other states as well, because it has been proven that only one-third of liquor distribution is done by licensed retailers and rest by private parties. The government should be seen active and it should not leave any loopholes. The government should also look at the liquor policies in other countries and implement the same. BJP must realise that it is time for them to move away from such hardliner policies that they have been following for the past few years. They need to be extremely careful before making any decision because they can face a lot of problems if their policies do not work out in reality. Right now, we need to make sure that we take care of our problems and we try our best to evolve and improve ourselves and the country as well. cfa1e77820
